Ingredients

  • 6 walnuts
  • 12 cashews
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Few drops of vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp choco chips

Instructions

  • Grind walnuts and cashews to a coarse powder.
  • Add dates, cocoa powder, vanilla essence, and salt, and blend until the mixture holds its shape.
  • Add choco chips and pulse once to combine.
  • Shape the mixture into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
