- 6 walnuts
- 12 cashews
- 6 pitted dates
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- Few drops of vanilla essence
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp choco chips
Grind walnuts and cashews to a coarse powder.
Add dates, cocoa powder, vanilla essence, and salt, and blend until the mixture holds its shape.
Add choco chips and pulse once to combine.
Shape the mixture into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
