Pressure cook soaked peas with salt and water for 4-5 whistles. Slightly mash the cooked peas.
Grind garlic, ginger, green chillies, mint leaves, tomato, and onion to a fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add the ground masala paste, and cook with spices for 10 minutes.
Add the mashed peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve the peas masala garnished with onions, carrots, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and crispy corn flakes.
