Ingredients

  • 300 g peas
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 onions - chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • ½- inch ginger
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 cup thin coconut milk
  • 1- inch cinnamon
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 cardamom pods
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Boil peas with salt until soft and keep aside.
  • Cook spices with tomatoes and blend into a paste.
  • Sauté garlic, ginger, and onions until golden.
  • Add the masala paste, cook till oil separates.
  • Add peas, eggs, coconut milk, and tomatoes. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
