- 5-6 palak leaves - soaked in hot water
- 3 strawberries
- 1 tbsp pomegranate
- 2 dates - pitted
- 2 tbsp beetroot - chopped
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 200 ml coconut water - chilled
Soak palak leaves in hot water and drain.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Adjust consistency if needed and serve fresh.
