Ingredients

  • 5-6 palak leaves - soaked in hot water
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate
  • 2 dates - pitted
  • 2 tbsp beetroot - chopped
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 200 ml coconut water - chilled

Instructions

  • Soak palak leaves in hot water and drain.
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Adjust consistency if needed and serve fresh.
