Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 orange - peeled & deseeded
  • 1 frozen banana - sliced
  • 1 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • a few mint leaves
  • 200 ml almond milk

Instructions

  • Soak chia seeds in warm water for 5 minutes
  • Add all ingredients to a blender
  • Blend till smooth
  • Serve chilled
