Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oats - soaked for 30 mins, drained
  • 1 frozen banana - preferably Nendran variety
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1- inch cinnamon
  • 200 ml almond milk

Instructions

  • Soak oats for 30 minutes, then drain and discard the water.
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
