- 2 tbsp oats - soaked for 30 mins, drained
- 1 frozen banana - preferably Nendran variety
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1- inch cinnamon
- 200 ml almond milk
Soak oats for 30 minutes, then drain and discard the water.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
