Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/8 cup flaxseeds
  • 8 pitted dates
  • Small piece of cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: Honey or maple syrup - if needed

Instructions

  • Grind oats and flaxseeds coarsely.
  • Add dates, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt, and blend until the mixture is moist enough to shape.
  • Adjust sweetness/moisture with honey if needed.
  • Shape into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
