- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/8 cup flaxseeds
- 8 pitted dates
- Small piece of cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp vanilla essence
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: Honey or maple syrup - if needed
Grind oats and flaxseeds coarsely.
Add dates, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt, and blend until the mixture is moist enough to shape.
Adjust sweetness/moisture with honey if needed.
Shape into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
