Ingredients

  • 1 packet Maggi noodles
  • 1 packet Maggi masala
  • 1 tsp oil
  • ½ onion - chopped
  • 1 green chili - chopped
  • ¼ tsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tomato - chopped
  • 1 tbsp carrots - chopped
  • 1 tbsp beans - chopped
  • 1 tbsp peas
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • 1.25 cups water
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat oil and sauté onions, green chili, and ginger garlic paste.
  • Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  • Add vegetables and salt, cook for a minute.
  • Add turmeric, coriander powder, chili powder, and garam masala.
  • Mix in Maggi masala and water, bring to a boil.
  • Add noodles and cook until soft.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
