Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi - peeled and sliced
  • 1 banana - sliced and frozen
  • 1 tsp chia seeds - soaked
  • 4 almonds
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey - optional

Instructions

  • Soak chia seeds in water for 10 minutes.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve fresh and enjoy!
