Karnataka Style Egg Rice

- 3 Eggs
- 3 cups cooked basmati rice
- 1/8 tsp Salt - for eggs
- 1/8 tsp Chili Powder - for eggs
- 2 tsp Oil - for scrambling eggs
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Onion - chopped
- 1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Egg Masala
- 1/2 tsp Salt - for rice
- Chopped Coriander Leaves - for garnish
Beat eggs with 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp chili powder.
Scramble the eggs in 2 tsp oil and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté ginger garlic paste and chopped onion.
Add spices and water, cook until raw smell leaves.
Add cooked rice, scrambled eggs, and mix well.
Adjust salt, add coriander leaves, and serve hot.
