Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 cups cooked basmati rice
  • 1/8 tsp Salt - for eggs
  • 1/8 tsp Chili Powder - for eggs
  • 2 tsp Oil - for scrambling eggs
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Onion - chopped
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Egg Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Salt - for rice
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves - for garnish

Instructions

  • Beat eggs with 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp chili powder.
  • Scramble the eggs in 2 tsp oil and set aside.
  • In the same pan, sauté ginger garlic paste and chopped onion.
  • Add spices and water, cook until raw smell leaves.
  • Add cooked rice, scrambled eggs, and mix well.
  • Adjust salt, add coriander leaves, and serve hot.
