Ingredients

  • 1 apple - peeled and chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Small piece of ginger
  • 2 cm cinnamon
  • 85 g Greek yogurt
  • ice cubes/chilled water

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with grated almonds and chia seeds.
  • Serve fresh and enjoy!
