Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted makhana
  • 2 cups frozen globe grapes
  • 1 frozen banana - sliced
  • 8-9 frozen blueberries
  • 3 dates - pitted
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
  • 200 ml almond milk - chilled

Instructions

  • Roast makhana and let it cool.
  • Blend all ingredients with almond milk until smooth.
  • Adjust consistency if needed and serve fresh.
