Grape Makhana Smoothie

- 1 cup roasted makhana
- 2 cups frozen globe grapes
- 1 frozen banana - sliced
- 8-9 frozen blueberries
- 3 dates - pitted
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- 200 ml almond milk - chilled
Roast makhana and let it cool.
Blend all ingredients with almond milk until smooth.
Adjust consistency if needed and serve fresh.
