Ingredients

  • 5 cooked idlis - cubed
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 1 tsp urad dal
  • 4 dried red chilies
  • 1 onion - thinly sliced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3-4 tsp garlic idli podi
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • ¾ tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • Coconut oil for drizzling
  • Fresh coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Heat ghee and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, urad dal, and red chilies.
  • Sauté onion with salt until browned, add idlis, podi, and chili flakes, mixing well.
  • Cook briefly, add chili powder, drizzle coconut oil, and serve with coriander garnish.
