- 5 cooked idlis - cubed
- 2 tsp ghee
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 4 dried red chilies
- 1 onion - thinly sliced
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3-4 tsp garlic idli podi
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- ¾ tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- Coconut oil for drizzling
- Fresh coriander leaves
Heat ghee and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, urad dal, and red chilies.
Sauté onion with salt until browned, add idlis, podi, and chili flakes, mixing well.
Cook briefly, add chili powder, drizzle coconut oil, and serve with coriander garnish.
