Pin Recipe
- 1 dragon fruit
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds - soaked
- 6 almonds - soaked
- 1 tbsp oats - soaked
- 1 sliced frozen banana
- 1/2 inch ginger
Soak chia, almonds and oats in hot water for 10 minutes
Strain and add to blender
Add remaining ingredients
Blend smooth and serve
