Ingredients

  • 1 dragon fruit
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds - soaked
  • 6 almonds - soaked
  • 1 tbsp oats - soaked
  • 1 sliced frozen banana
  • 1/2 inch ginger

Instructions

  • Soak chia, almonds and oats in hot water for 10 minutes
  • Strain and add to blender
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • Blend smooth and serve
