Ingredients

dry ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour - Maida
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

wet ingredients

  • 1 cup Mashed Banana
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2 cup Milk

others

  • 1/8 cup Choco Chips - optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Sift dry ingredients and set aside.
  • Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • Combine dry and wet ingredients, fold in choco chips.
  • Pour into a lined tin, bake for 40 minutes.
  • Cool for 30 minutes, demould, and serve.
