Ingredients

  • 2 cups black grapes - soaked and washed
  • 1 tbsp oats - soaked and drained
  • 1 frozen banana - sliced
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 4 dates - pitted
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 1 cardamom
  • 1 clove

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately
