- 1 grated carrot
- 1 chopped apple
- 1 sliced and frozen banana
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 2 walnuts
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 100 ml almond milk
Blend all ingredients till smooth
Serve fresh in a tall glass
Optional: Garnish with walnut bits
