Ingredients

  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 chopped apple
  • 1 sliced and frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 walnuts
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 100 ml almond milk

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients till smooth
  • Serve fresh in a tall glass
  • Optional: Garnish with walnut bits
