Ingredients:

  • 6 walnuts
  • 12 cashews
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Few drops of vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp choco chips

Instructions:

  1. Grind the Nuts: Begin by grinding 6 walnuts and 12 cashews to a coarse powder in a food processor. Ensure the mixture remains coarse for a nice texture.
  2. Add Dates and Cocoa: Add 6 pitted dates, 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder, a few drops of vanilla essence, and a pinch of salt to the ground nuts. Blend until the mixture becomes moist and starts to hold its shape.
  3. Add Choco Chips: Toss in 1 tbsp of choco chips and give the mixture a single pulse to distribute the chips without breaking them down completely.
  4. Shape the Balls: Transfer the mixture to a plate. Scoop out portions and shape them into smooth balls.
  5. Refrigerate: Place the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
