Vegetable korma| side dish for chapathi

Ingredients:
Potato – 1 cubed into small pieces
Cauliflower – 1/2 cut into small florets
Peas -1/4 cup
Carrot – 1 sliced into small pieces
Beans – 5 nos chopped into small pieces 
Onions – 2 nos sliced
Spring onion
To grind : 
Coconut grated – 1/2 cup
Cinnamon – 1/4 “
Cardomom – 1 no
Cloves – 2 nos
Fennel seeds – 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
Garlic chopped – 1 tsp
Kuskus – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 3 nos
Cashew – 3 nos
Method: 
Put in all the vegetables and onions in a cooking bowl with water and salt. Cook it in medium flame, closed until vegetables are done.
Grind all the ingredients given under “To grind” list and add it to the boiled vegetables.
Mix well. Adjust salt. Give it a boil while stirring inbetween. 
Serve hot with rotis??
