Tomato Chutney Recipe
Ingredients :
Urud dhal whole 1 tbsp
Red chilli 4 nos
Ginger an inch
Garlic 3 pods
Tomatoes 2 nos chopped
Salt
Oil
For seasoning:
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Urud dhal split 1 tsp
Method:
1. Heat oil, add urud dhal and let it turn slightly brown.
2. Add red chilli, ginger, garlic and saute it
3. To this add chopped tomatoes and salt and cook until it turns mushy.
4. Cool it down and Grind the mixture.
