~ Easy Healthy Breakfast with Sprouts

Ingredients:
Dosa batter – 2 Cups
Mixed Sprouts /Any sprouts – 1/2 cup
Ginger an inch
Red chilli 2 nos
Corriander leaves
Curry leaves a spring
Onion 1 no  finely chopped
Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Method:
Clean the sprouts and soak them in water for 15 min.
Drain and grind it along with red chilli ginger and salt.

Add the ground mixture to dosa batter. Add salt only for the sprouts if dosa batter already contains salt.

Add chopped onions and cumin seeds to it and mix well.
Spread it in dosa pan and cook on both sides.

Serve hot with any chutney or sambar.
