Peerkangai Chutney ~ Ridge Gourd chutney
Ridge Gourd chutney or Peerkangai chutney is easy and healthy chutney recipe. Ridge Gourd is one of the most used vegetable at any south indian kitchen especially if there is any small babies at home. Yes, they make more of ridge gourd, snake gourd, bottle gourd recipes especially for mothers to help in lactation.

- Cook roughly chopped Ridge gourd. It takes 10-15 min to get completely cooked.
- Grind Coconut, Gram dal, Red chilli, Ginger and cooked Ridge gourd with salt to a fine paste.
- Seasoning is optional. For seasoning, crackle mustard seeds and red chilli and add to the chutney.

Ingredients
- 1 cup ridge gourd roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 2-3 dry red chilli
- 1 tbsp gram dal
- salt to taste

- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 red broken red chilli
Instructions
