Potato – Ridge gourd Curry
Ingredients:
Ridge gourd chopped half cup
Potatoes diced half cup
Onions sliced 1 no
Tomato chopped 1/2 no
Curry leaves a spring
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coconut oil
Method:
1. Take a pan,preferably thick bottomed/mud pot. Put in chopped potatoes,ridge gourd, sliced onions,tomatoes,turmeric powder,chilli powder,salt and water till the contents just gets immersed.
2. Close it and Slow cook these until veggies are completely cooked and is mushy.
3. Put in curry leaves and a little bit of coconut oil. Mix well.
Tada…!!!! Serve hot with rice…its just yummy and less spicy…
