- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1/8 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp honey (or more, as needed) or replace with dates
- 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/8 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/8 cup pistachios (for coating)
Instructions
- Grind Peanuts and Oats: In a blender, take 1/4 cup peanuts and grind until coarsely powdered. Add 1/8 cup rolled oats and blend again.
