Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Boil 2.5 cups of water in a pot. Add a few drops of oil and salt to taste.
  2. Add 1 cup of elbow macaroni and cook until soft.
  3. Strain and rinse the cooked pasta with cold water. Drain again and let it cool completely.
Step 2: Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a mixing jar, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 3/4 tsp chili flakes, 1/2 tsp oregano, 2 grated garlic cloves, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/4 tsp sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix well. Add 1-2 tbsp water if needed to adjust consistency. Set aside.
