Palada Pradhaman is classic traditional and flavorful recipe with Rice flakes/Rice ada and most wanted choice of desserts in a sadhya. In my family one of main choice of desserts on any festival is pradhaman and especially its palada pradhaman. It can be prepared with the basic ingredients of rice ada, milk, sugar and cardamom. Chakka pradhaman is also one of my favorite and special dessert.
