    • Dry roast cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, peppercorns, cinnamon stick, black stone flower, and cloves until they smell nice.
    • Blend them with Kashmiri chili powder and coriander powder to make Sukka Masala Powder.
  2. Cooking the Mushroom Sukka:
    • Heat coconut oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Cook until golden.
    • Add ginger garlic paste and cook until it smells good.
    • Throw in curry leaves and chopped tomato, and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  3. Incorporate Oyster Mushrooms:
    • Add Oyster mushrooms and Sukka Masala Powder to the pan.
    • Sprinkle salt and mix well.
  4. Enhance with Coconut:
    • Add coconut pieces and cook for 10 minutes with the lid on.

    • Stir in turmeric powder and soya sauce, and cook for 5 more minutes.
