Okra Paneer sabzi
Ingredients:
Ladies finger sliced 1 cup
Paneer grated 1/4 cup
Onion sliced 2 medium nos
Tomato finely chopped 1 no
Ginger finely chopped 1 tsp
Garlic finely chopped 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
feneel seeds powder 1 tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Tomato sauce 1 tsp
Salt

Method :
1. Heat oil, saute onion, okra, ginger and garlic until onions turn pink and okra is sauted well.
2. Add chopped tomato and rest of the ingredients except paneer and tomato sauce. Saute well till the tomatoes are mushy.
3. Add little water and give it a boil for the okra to cook and till the required consistency is achieved .
4. Finally add grated paneer and tomato sauce and let it cook for 5 min. Stir inbetween.
And the sabzi is ready!
