Looking for a healthy and tasty breakfast? Here is the recipe of oats buttermilk…
It’s a simple recipe..all you need is
Oats -half cup
Curd 1 cup
Jeera powder 1 tsp
Sugar
Salt
Ginger half inch
Green chilli 1
Dry roast oats for 3-5 min, let it cool and grind coarsely. Put this grinded oats in hot water for 5 min.
Let it cook…don put on flame…Heat the water and switch off flame…put the oats in it..!
Now grind ginger,green chillies,jeera powder,curd,sugar and salt. You can add mint leaves if you want little of mint flavour to it.
Add the mixture to boiled oats and mix well…add beaten curd or hot water as required.
Done! You can add more curd/water if you want it to be a drink. Or reduce the quantity if you want it as semi state as in pic.
