Nellikai thayir pachadi recipe | Amla Raita | Gooseberry raita
How to make Nellikai thayir pachadi | Amla Raita | Gooseberry raita with step by step pics and video recipe. simple, healthy variation to the normal onion raita.
Gooseberry/
Very often, I make pachadi by grinding the amla with curd and green chilli. This time, i made a variation to it by just chopping it very finely and crushing it slightly with the knife. The raw flavor of amla in raita was good.
You can either grate the amla if you do not like the chunks or grind it with curd. I like the crushed chunks which gives a sour taste first and then a sweet tinge later.
