Mushroom aur pyaz ki subzi
Ingredients:
Mushroom chopped 2 cups
Onions 2 nos roughly chopped
Ginger an inch
Garlic 2 pods
Green chilli 3 nos
Corn flour 2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Sugar a pinch
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Blend onions ginger garlic and green chillies to fine paste. Keep it aside ready
2. Mix corn flour powder with little water and keep it ready.
3. Heat oil,add fennel seeds and mushrooms. Saute until mushroom shrinks and leaves out water.
4. To this add ground paste and saute well until fresh aroma goes off. To this add the rest of ingredients along with corn flour water.
Mix well and give it a boil for 10 min.
And its ready!!
