Ingredients
- 6-7 medium sized ladies finger sliced vertically
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/8 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 cup besan flour
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry okra completely. Slice Okra vertically.
- Mix together all the ingredients mentioned in the list
- deep fry them in batches in hot oil until brown and crispy.
- strain in paper towel and serve hot
