cut apples to strips and fry in oil and with brown sugar for few minutes until all sugar melts and mixes.
cut the carrot to thin strips and take it in a mixing bowl along with apples.
add cinnamon powder a pinch and a walnut crushed. along with this add honey to taste and lemon juice a little.
lastly add mint leaves crushed and mix well.

take wheat flour, potato cooked and mashed, ajwain seeds(carom seeds), salt and make a dough with little water. add oil and make a smooth dough. pinch a portion and make it a smooth ball.
dust the floor and flatten it to thin disc. cut desired shapes of it.
heat tawa and cook the chapathi pieces drizzling ghee all over . turn sides and cook until both sides are brown.
soft and delicious potato chapathi is ready for kids.

Apple carrot salad recipe
Ingredients
- 2 no carrots sliced
- 1 no apple
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 no lemon
- 4-5 no mint leaves
Instructions
- cut thin strips of apple and carrots. heat oil and fry apples with brown sugar until sugar melts and absorbs.
- add the carrots and cooked apples in mixing bowl along with rest of the ingredients. squeeze lemon juice. mix well and serve

potato chapathi recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat flour
- salt to taste
- 3/4 cup potato cooked and mashed
- 1/4 tsp ajwain/carom seeds
Instructions
- mix together all ingredients with little water and oil to a smooth dough
- dust the floor with wheat flour and flatten a portion to thin disc
- cut to desired shapes and cook on hot tawa with ghee on both sides until done.
