Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- 3/4 cup milk

- 3/4 cup wheat flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder

- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- Chopped nuts (almonds) for topping
Instructions:
- Prepare the Batter:
- In a blender, combine jaggery, milk, chopped banana, vanilla essence, sugar, cloves, dates, and butter.
- Blend until you get a smooth paste and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
- Combine Dry Ingredients:
- To the bowl, add health mix powder, wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix well and sieve the dry ingredients into the same bowl.
