Green chilly Chutney for dosa
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shallots
- 1-2 long green chilly
- 1 spring curry leaves
- 1/2 medium tomato
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- grind together all the ingredients with very little water(if required)
- drizzle coconut oil, mix and serve

- take together Shallots, curry leaves, green chilli, tomato in a blender
- add cleaned coriander leaves. I prefer using nattu malli for best taste
- further add salt to taste and grind to a smooth paste
