Green cauliflower 65 recipe | Mint cauliflower fry recipe
cauliflower 65 is very common and most loved recipe for everyone. I wanted to clone the green chicken recipe to make a veg version out of it. So i tried this Green cauliflower 65 recipe and it was too good. Just similar to Crispy Gobi 65, this has to be taken hot for best taste!
I have added capsicum while making the green paste which enhances the flavour of the masala. Also adjust the rice flour and corn flour according to the final consistency. It has to be fully coated at the same time thick. another important point to note is never ever add the cauliflower to the masala when hot. after the cauliflower is cooked, cool it down completely and then add to the green paste.

Green cauliflower 65 recipe quick video:
step wise making of the green cauliflower 65:
take a mixing bowl and add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, capsicum, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, fennel seeds, garam masala, chaat masala.
also add corn flour, rice flour, salt, sugar and lemon juice.
blend to a fine paste. You can also add rice flour and corn flour after grinding it.
boil water with salt and turmeric water. wash and clean the cauliflower florets and add it to the pan. mix well, boil for 5 minutes. strain it and let it cool completely.
once it is completely cool, add it to the green paste and mix well.
heat oil and fry the curry leaves until crisp and keep it aside.
in same oil, fry chopped garlic until crisp and keep it aside. we will garnish the cauliflower with curry leaves and garlic finally.
fry the cauliflower until crisp and brown. strain in a paper towel.
garnish with fried garlic and curry leaves and serve hot with chai.

Ingredients
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 4 no green chilli
- 2-3 tbsp capsicum chopped
- 5 no garlic cloves
- 1.5 tbsp ginger
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 spring curry leaves for garnishing
- 1 tbsp garlic chopped for garnishing
