Egg Veggie Crepes
Egg veggie crepes is a type of very thin pan cake usually made from Wheat maida with veggies and Italian seasonings on top.
Directions for making Egg veggie crepes:

In a bowl take wheat maida along with 1 egg,1 cup water and salt.Mix well using a whisker. Make sure there are no lumps.

Heat a non stick pan and pour 1 big scoop of above batter. Spread it like pan cake. Wait for a minute and then break an egg and pour on top of it.

Put some grated carrot,chopped capsicums,chopped tomatoes and sliced onions on top.

Finally add some tomato sauce(1 tsp),a pinch of pepper powder,a pinch of salt,grated cheese,1/4 tsp of mixed herbs and oregano

close it with a lid and allow it cook for 5 to 7 mins in low flame.our tasty Egg veggie crepes are ready:)

- 1 1/2 cup Wheat Maida
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Water
For Topping
- 1/2 Carrot Grated
- 2 Capsicum medium size,chopped
- 2 Tomato chopped
- 2 Onion medium size,thin sliced
- 1/4 cup Tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup Cheese Grated
- Mixed Herbs
- Oregano
- Pepper Powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
