Ingredients:
- 3 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red lettuce
- 1/8 cup chopped Chinese cabbage
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 4 cherry tomatoes, chopped
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
For the Dressing:
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp soya sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix grated garlic, salt, red chili powder, soya sauce, and lemon juice to prepare the dressing. Set aside.
- In a large salad bowl, combine chopped red lettuce, Chinese cabbage, carrot, cucumber, and onion.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Add the chopped boiled eggs and cherry tomatoes to the salad bowl.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Garnish the salad with chopped coriander leaves.
