For Marination:
- 200 gms boneless chicken, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 3/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
For Cooking:
- 1 tbsp oil (for frying chicken)
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt (for eggs)
- 1/8 tsp chilli powder (for eggs)
- 1/2 tsp oil (for frying eggs)
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 1 spring curry leaves
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/8 cup capsicum, chopped
- 1/2 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt (for masala)
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1/8 tsp garam masala
- Pinch of pepper powder
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- Water (as required)
- 4-5 slices of bread, chopped
- Chopped coriander leaves
Recipe Instructions
Marination:
- Combine boneless chicken with salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala, and ginger garlic paste. Allow it to marinate for 30 minutes.
Cooking:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the marinated chicken until cooked. Set aside.
- Push the chicken to the sides of the pan.
- Crack eggs into the centre, season with salt and chilli powder, scramble, and integrate with the chicken. Cook briefly and transfer to a plate.
- In the same pan, heat additional oil.
- Sauté green chilli and curry leaves for half a minute.
- Fry onion until translucent.
- Incorporate ginger garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
- Add capsicum and stir-fry for a minute.
- add tomato, along with salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and pepper powder. Sauté until aromatic.
- Pour in tomato sauce and water, bring to a boil, and cook until tomatoes break down.
- Mix in bread pieces, ensuring they are well coated with the masala.
- put in the cooked chicken and scrambled eggs to the pan, stir to combine.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
