Ingredients
- 2 cups puffed rice
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp grated carrots
- 1 tbsp chopped cucumbers
- 2-4 tbsp chopped raw mangoes
- 1 handful boiled peanuts
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/8 tsp cumin powder
- 1 handful corainder leaves chopped
- 1/2 slice lemon squeeze
Instructions
- Mix everything given under the ingredients list including the squeeze of half slice lemon in a big mixing bowl.
- quickly mix everything until well combined
- transfer it to a serving plate or bowl.
- Have it fresh !
