Ingredients

  • 2 cups puffed rice
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp grated carrots
  • 1 tbsp chopped cucumbers
  • 2-4 tbsp chopped raw mangoes
  • 1 handful boiled peanuts
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/8 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 handful corainder leaves chopped
  • 1/2 slice lemon squeeze

Instructions

  • Mix everything given under the ingredients list including the squeeze of half slice lemon in a big mixing bowl.
  • quickly mix everything until well combined
  • transfer it to a serving plate or bowl.
  • Have it fresh !
