Baby foodz – Green gram Masala Mammu
When we introduce spices to kids, it should be very mild and minimal quantities. I prefer cooking for my DS seperately than giving him our food which may be too spicy or with too many ingredients. Baby foodz needs to be simple and with minimal ingredients. Once we slowly add all the spices to their diet and if they are comfortable, then we can give them our food. This way we need not compromise on our food being less spicy and mashed.
I plan our diet such that when i soak lentils for any of our recipe i use it for los diet also. Else it could be hectic planning for lo and us separately.
