Apple Suji Halwa
Apple Suji Halwa is a easy to make, delicious dessert with apple and semolina cooked with milk and ghee and topped with grated almonds.
This recipe is specially made for the babies. Apple and pureed and added without any chunks so that its easy for kids to eat. Instead of white sugar, brown sugar/cane sugar is used. Choice of sweetener is upto you.
My Son has got a sweet tooth and always prefer sweet dishes over spicy ones and am just opposite to it. If you see my website holds lot of spicy recipes than sweet ones.

- Roast the rava until sligtly brown.
- Add milk and cook the rava until 3/4th done.
- Add grated jaggery and cook in medium flame until completely done and milk gets used up.
- Add apple sauce/apple puree and cook until it is well combined
- when it starts sticking to the bottom, simmer and add ghee and grated almonds and mix well until well combined.

Ingredients
- 1 large apple pureed
- 1 cup milk
- 1/8 cup rava
- 3-4 tbsp grated jaggery
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 2-3 almonds grated
