Aloo gobi palak Paratha
Ingredients:
Wheat flour 2 cups
Potato 1 no boiled and smashed
Cauliflower florets 1 cup boiled and partially smashed
Spinach chopped half cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Green chilli 1 no finely chopped
Salt
Ghee
Method:
Combine all the ingredients mentioned above and make a smooth soft dough. Take care while adding water coz Boiled Cauliflower tends to leave out water.
Finally add ghee to it and set it for 5 min. And there u can make paratha now!
Do not leave the stuffed dough for long as it may tend to become softer and will be difficult to spread it.
While cooking the paratha, Cook in simmer on both sides applying ghee or oil. This will let the spinach and veggies to cook.
