Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 3/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/8 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Break the eggs to the mixing bowl
  • add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, sugar and milk
  • now beat well until light and runny.
  • heat a non stick pan, brush butter all over.
  • pour half of the omelette mix batter into the pan.
  • tilt the pan to evenly spread it over to thin round
  • let it cook in medium flame until half done. when you are able to pull the sides out of pan,
  • carefully roll the omelette from one end to other. couple of turns.
  • then pull the omelette to the other end carefully without breaking the omelette
  • pour the remaining omelette on the other side and repeat the process again
  • once done, transfer to a plate and gently slice them and serve hot!
