Paneer Butter Masala recipe
Paneer butter masala
Ingredients
- 1/8 cup coriander seeds
- 5-6 dry red chillies
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 1 tsp chopped green chilli
- 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garama masala
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 1 cup paneer diced
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
Instructions
- Dry Roast Coriander seeds and red chilli until its aromatic and coriander seeds starts popping. Grind to a fine powder.Paneer Butter Masala
- Melt Butter, Saute finely chopped onions until it is brown.
- Put in chopped green chilli, ginger garlic paste. Mix well and saute for a minute
- Add very finely chopped tomatoes and turmeric powder. Mix well. Close and cook until it gets mushy
- Goes in Garam masala and salt.
- Together add the powdered masala from step 1. Mix and fry for a minute
- Add water, Close and cook until it comes to a boil.
- Add crushed kasuri methi to it and mix well.
- Mix well and switch off. Let it cool and then grind to a fine paste.
- Add paneer cubes, close and cook for 2 min in medium flame.
- Finally add some fresh cream and mix before serving

Step11: Mix well and switch off. Let it cool and then grind to a fine paste. (If you want a smooth silky curry, then filter the ground masala.
Step12: Add paneer cubes, close and cook for 2 min in medium flame.
Step 13: Finally add some fresh cream and mix before serving
