Onion tamarind chutney is simple, easy recipe with onion, tamarind, red chillies and coriander leaves. Onion tamarimd chutney

I remember having this chutney first at our friends place in erode where we were invited for dinner. Am really fond of trying different chutnies. They served us an onion chutney which was just so fingerlicking good. We use to make onion chutneys raw or with tomato. Our usual style of onion chutney was entirely different from theirs.

When i asked them for recipe, i was surprised to know it was just 4 ingredients. But how did they get that taste ? It took 4 to 5 trials for me with that simple 4 ingridient to get the exact taste. Am sharing it here. Try it and enjoy!

We definitely need naatu malli/ the special variety organic coriander leaves. If you don’t get it, then go for normal coriander leaves.
