- Add Dates and Flavorings: Add 8 pitted dates, a small piece of cinnamon, 1/8 tsp vanilla essence, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Grind until the mixture holds together.
- Adjust the Texture: If the mixture seems dry, add more dates or a bit of honey/maple syrup to moisten it.
- Form the Balls: Transfer the mixture to a plate and scoop out portions. Shape them into 7 smooth balls, adjusting quantities to your preference.
