- 6 walnuts
- 12 cashews
- 6 pitted dates
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- Few drops of vanilla essence
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp choco chips

- Grind the Nuts: Begin by grinding 6 walnuts and 12 cashews to a coarse powder in a food processor. Ensure the mixture remains coarse for a nice texture.
- Add Dates and Cocoa: Add 6 pitted dates, 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder, a few drops of vanilla essence, and a pinch of salt to the ground nuts. Blend until the mixture becomes moist and starts to hold its shape.
- Add Choco Chips: Toss in 1 tbsp of choco chips and give the mixture a single pulse to distribute the chips without breaking them down completely.
