Ingredients:

  • 3 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped red lettuce
  • 1/8 cup chopped Chinese cabbage
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

For the Dressing:

  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp soya sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix grated garlic, salt, red chili powder, soya sauce, and lemon juice to prepare the dressing. Set aside.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped red lettuce, Chinese cabbage, carrot, cucumber, and onion.
  3. Pour the prepared dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat evenly.
  4. Add the chopped boiled eggs and cherry tomatoes to the salad bowl.
  5. Mix everything together until well combined.
  6. Garnish the salad with chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Serve the Chopped Egg Salad fresh and enjoy its vibrant flavors.

mix once again and serve it fresh
