Onion cashew pakoda is simple and easy to prepare just in few minutes.. I always use to store bajji mix handy in my home..helps when u badly wanted a hot snack..

Directions for Onion Cashew Pakoda

Mix Sliced onions, Bajji mix, cashew and salt. Add little water and mix it. Batter should not be too dry or too watery. Bajji mix should stay sticky to onions and cashew.
Heat the oil well and take a handful of mix, spread and put it into oil. Fry until roasted and take it to paper towel.

  • 1/2 cup Bajji mix
  • 2 large onions sliced
  • 1/8 cup Cashews broken into pieces
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
